3. Formation of the agreement
3.1. These Terms take effect when you create an account with email and password, Google, Apple or your phone number and confirm that you accept them. At the same time you accept the Data Processing Agreement for your guests’ data.
3.2. When you buy credits, the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement presented at checkout also apply in addition to these Terms. If those documents and these Terms differ on the purchase, the purchase documents apply.
3.3. The version of these Terms in force when you accepted them, and every later version, is always available in the Service and at https://eventora.com.tr.
4. Who may use the Service
4.1. Only people who are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity may use the Service.
4.2. You may use the Service for yourself or on behalf of a company, organisation or another person. If you sign up on behalf of a company, organisation or another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms; the Terms then apply to them as well.
4.3. People whose account was closed for a serious breach of these Terms may not open a new account without Eventora’s written consent.
5. Accounts, team members and roles
5.1. You must give accurate, current and complete information when you sign up and keep it up to date. Accounts opened with email and password cannot be used until the email address is verified.
5.2. The Account Owner may invite Team Members to the Account and to events. Invitations are sent by email or by WhatsApp to a phone number, and they are free. The roles and their permissions are:
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Organisation | Everything on the Account: events, guests, communication, seating, team invitations, message templates, payments and invoices. |
| Organisation Employee | Everything except payments and invoices, team invitations, deleting events and editing message templates. |
| Host | Seeing only the event they were invited to and its team; adding, editing and removing that event’s guests. |
5.3. The Account Owner is responsible for Team Members using the Service in line with these Terms. What Team Members do through the Account (starting campaigns, spending credits, adding or deleting guest data, and so on) counts as done by the Account Owner. The Account Owner should give Team Members only the roles they need and remove people who no longer work with them.
5.4. The credit balance is visible to every member of the Account; credit transactions and invoices are visible only to roles with billing permission.
6. Sign-in security
6.1. You can sign in with email and password, Google, Apple, or a one-time code sent to your phone number by WhatsApp or SMS. You are responsible for not sharing your sign-in details, password or one-time codes with anyone, for choosing a strong password that you don’t use for other services, and for keeping your device secure.
6.2. If you suspect that your account is being used without your permission, change your password at once and tell us at destek@eventora.com.tr. Until you tell us, Eventora is not responsible for operations resulting from third parties using your sign-in details through your fault; the statutory rights of Consumers are reserved.
6.3. For security, some actions (such as deleting your account) require a recent sign-in. Eventora limits how often sign-in codes can be sent and how many attempts can be made, to prevent abuse.
7. Credits and payments
7.1. Paid operations in the Service are paid for with prepaid credits. 1 credit is 1 Turkish lira, and prices include 20% VAT. In one top-up you can buy any whole number of credits from 100 to 1,000,000; the apps suggest preset amounts for convenience.
7.2. The prices per operation are:
| Operation | Price |
|---|---|
| Creating an event | 2,500 credits per event |
| SMS to a number in Turkey (+90) | 15 credits per SMS part |
| SMS to a number abroad | 60 credits per SMS part |
| WhatsApp message | 10 credits per message |
| AI voice call | 25 credits per guest reached |
Current prices and worked examples are on the Pricing page.
7.3. SMS parts: an SMS part holds up to 160 GSM-7 characters; when a message is split into several parts, each part holds 153. If the text contains a character outside the GSM-7 alphabet (such as ş, ğ, ı, İ), these limits are 70 and 67 characters. The number of parts is counted on the text each guest receives, after their own details are filled in; the charge uses the number of parts the operator reports.
7.4. Voice calls: a call to a guest is charged only once, when the guest answers (the conversation is completed or the guest asks to be called back), whatever the length of the call or the number of attempts. Calls that go unanswered or reach voicemail are free.
7.5. Reservation and settlement: when you start a campaign, the estimated number of credits is reserved from your balance. When the campaign ends, the actual usage is charged and the unused part of the reservation returns to your balance. Failed sends and unanswered calls are not charged. If actual usage exceeds the reservation (for example, when an SMS has more parts than estimated), the excess is charged too and your balance may fall below zero. New spending is then refused until your balance is sufficient again.
7.6. Payment: payments are taken through the iyzico Checkout Form with 3-D Secure. Your card details are entered on iyzico’s page and never reach Eventora. Credits are added to your balance after Eventora’s server has confirmed with iyzico that the payment succeeded; payments under iyzico’s review or with an unfinished 3-D Secure step stay pending until confirmed.
7.7. Invoice: every successful payment is invoiced (e-Arşiv or e-Fatura) for the full amount paid, VAT included, and sent to the email address in your billing details. You are responsible for the accuracy of your billing details. Questions about invoices: fatura@eventora.com.tr.
7.8. Credits never expire. Unused credits stay in your balance as long as the Account is open. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account or used for anything other than paying for the Service.
7.9. Withdrawal and refunds: within 14 days of a credit top-up, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and ask at destek@eventora.com.tr for a refund of the unspent part of that top-up. Credits are spent oldest purchase first. Credits already spent are services performed with your explicit prior consent, and the right of withdrawal ends for them. After 14 days, unspent credits are not refunded, but they stay in your balance. Deleting an event does not refund the credits spent on it. Eventora never refunds automatically. Details are in the Cancellation and Refunds policy and the Distance Sales Agreement.
7.10. Errors on Eventora’s side: if you believe you were charged wrongly because of an error in the Service, write to destek@eventora.com.tr. Eventora reviews these requests case by case and, where it finds them justified, returns the credits concerned to your balance.
7.11. Price changes: Eventora may change operation prices for the future. Changes are announced at least 15 days in advance as described in Section 18 and apply to operations after the effective date. The value of credits already bought (1 credit = 1 Turkish lira) and past operations do not change.
8. Acceptable use
8.1. A legal basis for contacting guests
For every guest you upload or enter, you must have a valid legal basis to give their data to Eventora and to contact them by WhatsApp, SMS and voice call (for example, the guest gave you their number for communication about the event). Informing guests that their data will be processed through Eventora is your responsibility. The processing of guest data is governed by the Data Processing Agreement.
8.2. The nature of messages and commercial electronic messages
Messages and calls sent through Eventora must be about your event only: invitations, reminders, event details and collecting replies (RSVPs). The Service is not designed to send advertising or promotional messages and does not query the Message Management System (İYS). You may not send commercial electronic messages through the Service, such as promoting products, services or brands, sales or campaign announcements. If a message of yours counts as a commercial electronic message under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages because of its content or its recipients, obtaining the recipients’ prior consent, registering with and querying İYS, and all consequences are your responsibility.
8.3. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service for, or in, any of the following ways:
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam); contacting people unrelated to your event or who have not agreed to be contacted.
- Sending content that is unlawful, misleading, deceptive, insulting, threatening or harassing, contains hate speech, is obscene or infringes third parties’ rights.
- Impersonating another person, company or organisation, or giving misleading information about who is organising the event.
- Contacting guests with a frequency or in a way that disturbs them; continuing to contact a guest who has said they no longer want to be contacted.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or otherwise trying to work out the Service, its source code or infrastructure; circumventing or testing its security measures.
- Collecting data from the Service with automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers); accessing the Service other than through the interfaces Eventora provides.
- Putting an unusual load on the Service, disrupting its operation, or uploading malicious software.
- Renting out or selling your account or credits, or reselling the Service without Eventora’s written consent.
- Any purpose contrary to the laws in force.
8.4. AI voice calls
Voice calls are made by an AI assistant calling on your behalf through Eventora. At the start of every call, the assistant says that it is an AI assistant calling on behalf of the organiser through Eventora. You may not give the assistant any information or instruction that would make it present itself as a human, hide its identity or mislead the guest. The accuracy of the event details (date, time, venue, parking, food and so on) is your responsibility, because the assistant passes them on to guests. Calls are made only within the calling hours Eventora sets, in the event’s time zone, and before the event starts; each guest is tried a limited number of times. You may not try to exceed or get around these limits.
8.5. WhatsApp
WhatsApp messages are sent through Meta’s WhatsApp Business service from a number owned by Eventora, stating that they are sent on your behalf. When you use WhatsApp you must follow Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Meta’s other applicable rules. If a number is not on WhatsApp or Meta refuses a message, the message is not sent and not charged; you can choose to reach that guest by SMS or voice call instead. Because blocks and complaints from guests lower the quality of Eventora’s number for all other users, Eventora may limit use that leads to high complaint or block rates.
8.6. Breaches
When we learn of a breach of this section, we may stop the campaign concerned, remove the content, or suspend your account under Section 14.
9. Content and data
9.1. The content you upload and enter in the Service (guest lists, message templates, event details, floor plans and so on) belongs to you or to its rights holders. You confirm that you have the right to upload it to the Service.
9.2. You grant Eventora the right to store, process, copy and transmit your content only to the extent needed to provide the Service to you, maintain it, keep it secure and meet its legal obligations. This right is non-exclusive and non-transferable, and it ends when the content is deleted from the Service (subject to statutory retention duties). Eventora does not use your content for advertising and does not sell it.
9.3. For Guest Data, you are the data controller and Eventora is the data processor acting on your instructions. This relationship is governed by the Data Processing Agreement. For your own account details and those of your Team Members, Eventora is the data controller; that data is processed under the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Privacy Notice.
9.4. With respect to Users’ content, Eventora is a hosting provider under Law No. 5651 and does not check content in advance. When unlawful content is reported to or noticed by Eventora, Eventora may remove it and takes the steps the law requires. Notices: hukuk@eventora.com.tr.
9.5. Eventora may use aggregated usage statistics that contain no personal data to improve the Service and keep it secure.
10. Third-party services
10.1. The Service relies on third-party services to work: Meta for WhatsApp messages; operators and intermediaries such as Verimor in Turkey for SMS and phone calls and Twilio for SMS abroad; iyzico for payments; Google and Apple for sign-in; and Google Cloud for hosting. The full list is in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.
10.2. Whether a message or call reaches a guest depends on the recipient’s device, operator and WhatsApp account, and on the rules and availability of these third parties. Eventora does not guarantee that these services outside its control will work without interruption, or that a message will be delivered or read. Undelivered messages and unanswered calls are not charged, as set out in Section 7.
10.3. Third-party services are subject to their own terms. When you sign in with Google or Apple or pay through iyzico, their terms also apply. When you download the mobile apps from the App Store or Google Play, those stores’ terms also apply.
11. Availability, changes and maintenance
11.1. Eventora takes reasonable care to provide the Service without interruption. Unless agreed separately in writing, however, it does not commit to any availability rate or service level (SLA).
11.2. The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, security measures or outages at third parties. Where possible, we announce planned maintenance in advance.
11.3. Eventora may develop, change or remove features of the Service. If we remove a paid feature or permanently discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice in advance.
12. AI-assisted features
12.1. Some features of the Service use artificial intelligence:
- Guest-list import: when you upload an Excel file, Claude, Anthropic’s AI model, proposes which column holds which piece of information by looking at the column headers and at most 5 sample rows, with phone numbers masked and email addresses hidden. This is a proposal: the import happens only after you confirm it, and the rows are processed by software, not by the AI.
- Seating from a floor plan: Claude finds the tables, their shapes and capacities on the venue plan you upload (PDF) and proposes them. Tables are created only when you have reviewed and accepted them.
- Voice calls: the assistant that calls guests is an AI; it conducts the conversation, records the reply, notes and callback requests, and produces a transcript and a summary of the call.
12.2. AI output may be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for checking and confirming the column mapping, the tables read from a floor plan and, in particular, the number of seats at each table. When the capacity written on the plan and the number of chairs drawn disagree, the Service warns you and asks you to choose the correct number. Where needed, you should also check the replies and notes the voice assistant records.
12.3. Eventora sends the AI provider only the least data the task needs.
13. Intellectual property
13.1. The Service, including its software, design, the Eventora brand and logo, texts and other elements, belongs to Eventora or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
13.2. Provided that you comply with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service for your own events. No right not expressly granted in these Terms is transferred to you.
13.3. We may use your suggestions and feedback about the Service to improve it, without any obligation to you.
14. Suspension and termination
14.1. By you
14.1.1. You may end these Terms at any time by deleting your account in the account settings of the app. For security, you are asked to sign in again before the deletion.
14.1.2. When you delete your account, your user details (name, email, phone) are deleted and you are removed from the accounts you belong to. If the Account has other members, it continues with them, together with its events and credits.
14.1.3. When the last member of an Account deletes themselves, the Account is closed: its events are archived, and running campaigns are cancelled and settled on their actual usage. Guests’ personal data (guests, messages, call transcripts) is deleted at the end of the retention period after closure (currently 30 days). Invoices, payment records and credit transactions are kept for as long as tax and commercial law require (5 years under Tax Procedure Law No. 213 and 10 years under Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102).
14.1.4. Unused credits on a closed Account are refunded only within the 14-day withdrawal period in Section 7.9. If you are entitled to a refund, we recommend sending your request before you delete your account.
14.2. By Eventora
14.2.1. Eventora may temporarily suspend your account or certain features (for example, campaigns), or terminate these Terms and close your account, in the following cases:
- a breach of these Terms, in particular Section 8;
- unlawful use, or a request from the competent authorities;
- serious and repeated complaints from guests, operators or Meta;
- suspected payment fraud or chargebacks;
- situations that endanger the security of the Service, other users or third parties.
14.2.2. Except in serious or urgent cases, we will inform you before suspending or terminating and give you a reasonable period to remedy the breach. During a suspension, the data and credits in your account are kept, but no new spending is possible.
14.3. Effects of termination
However the agreement ends, the rights and obligations that arose before it ended, the provisions on deleting guest data, and Sections 15, 16, 20 and 21 remain in force. What happens to data and credits is determined under Section 14.1.
15. Liability
15.1. Eventora is responsible for providing the Service in line with these Terms and the law.
15.2. To the extent permitted by law, Eventora is not liable for:
- damage arising from your use of the Service contrary to these Terms or the law, or from the unlawfulness or inaccuracy of the data you upload or the content you send;
- interruptions and delays caused by third-party services, operators, or internet and telephone networks outside its control;
- operations based on AI proposals you confirmed (column mapping, tables and seat counts);
- for Business Users, indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of reputation and damage arising from loss of data.
15.3. Eventora’s total liability to a Business User under these Terms is limited to the total amount the Business User paid Eventora in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage.
15.4. The limitations in this section do not cover liability arising from Eventora’s intent or gross negligence (Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, art. 115), damage to life and health, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. The rights of Consumers under Law No. 6502 and related legislation are not restricted in any way.
16. Indemnity
You agree to compensate Eventora for claims brought against it by third parties, guests, the Personal Data Protection Authority, the Information and Communication Technologies Authority, the Ministry of Trade or other authorities, for administrative fines imposed on it, and for the reasonable costs of defending against them, where these arise because you gave guest data to the Service without a legal basis, or had messages sent or calls made to guests without permission, unlawfully or in breach of Section 8. Eventora will inform you within a reasonable time after learning of such a claim. The liability of Consumers is subject to the general rules and the principle of fault.
17. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failing to perform its obligations during unforeseeable and unavoidable events such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, strikes, fire, power cuts, widespread failures of internet or telephone networks, cyber attacks, decisions of competent authorities, and outages at third-party infrastructure providers beyond the parties’ control.
18. Changes to these Terms
18.1. Eventora may change these Terms for good reason, such as changes in the law, changes in the Service or security.
18.2. We will tell you about changes that materially affect your rights or obligations by email or in the Service at least 15 days before they take effect. Changes required by a change in the law, or relating only to a new feature, may take effect sooner. Other changes take effect when they are published on this page.
18.3. If you do not accept a change, you may end the agreement by deleting your account before the effective date. If you keep using the Service after the effective date, you accept the change.
18.4. The date and version number of each version appear at the top of this page.
19. Notices
19.1. Eventora may send you notices to the email address registered on your account, in the Service, or to the phone number registered on your account. Notices by email are deemed given on the day they are sent; notices in the Service on the day they are published.
19.2. You can send notices to Eventora at the following addresses:

20. Governing law and disputes
20.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
20.2. Consumers may apply, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) at their place of residence or where the transaction took place, and to the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) for disputes above those limits. Where the law requires it, mediation must be tried before filing a lawsuit.
20.3. For disputes with Business Users, the İstanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
21. Evidence
In disputes arising from these Terms, Eventora’s server records, electronic transaction records, credit transactions, and email and notification records are evidence under art. 193 of Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100. You keep the right to prove the contrary by any means of evidence. This section does not restrict the rights of Consumers concerning proof under the law.
22. Entry into force
These Terms consist of 22 sections and take effect when they are accepted electronically at sign-up. They remain in force for as long as you use the Service.
