How it adds up
SMS to Turkish numbers
An SMS part is 160 characters, or 70 when the message has a Turkish character such as ş, ğ or ı. Longer messages go out in several parts, and each part counts.
Automated call
A call is charged once, when the guest answers, however long it lasts and however many tries it took. Unanswered calls and voicemail are free.
Do I pay for messages that don’t arrive?
Before a send, the credits it needs are set aside; when it ends, only what was used is taken and the rest returns to your balance. Messages that can’t be delivered aren’t charged.

Topping up
Any amount from 100 credits. You pay by card on iyzico’s secure form, and the invoice for each payment comes to your email.

Refunds and expiry
Credits never expire; they stay in your account until you use them.
We can refund the unspent part of a top-up within 14 days of the payment.
Cancellation and refundsCredits spent on an event that is later deleted are not refunded.

How do the automated calls work?
The voice assistant says up front that it is an assistant calling on the planner’s behalf, asks whether the guest is coming, and records the answer. It only calls at suitable hours, and only answered calls are charged.
