Distance Sales Agreement

Last updated: 13 October 2026 · Version 1.0Türkçe metin

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Turkish version, Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi, is the binding text and prevails in case of any difference.

This agreement is concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer when credits are bought for an Eventora account. Before paying, the Buyer reads and confirms the Pre-information Form, which forms an integral part of this agreement. A plain summary of the cancellation and refund rules is on the Cancellation and Refunds page.

2. Definitions

  • Eventora: the event and guest management service made up of the https://eventora.com.tr website, the https://app.eventora.com.tr web app and the iOS and Android mobile apps.
  • Account: the Eventora account the credits are added to, which team members use together.
  • Credit: the prepaid unit used to pay for services within Eventora. 1 credit = 1 TRY, VAT (20%) included.
  • Top-up: the quantity of credits the Buyer buys under this agreement; each payment is a separate top-up.
  • Campaign: one round of WhatsApp messages, SMS or voice calls placed with artificial intelligence, sent to guests in bulk.
  • Reservation: setting aside credits in the balance equal to a campaign’s estimated cost when it starts.
  • Consumer: a natural or legal person acting for purposes outside their trade or profession.
  • Business buyer (tacir): a natural or legal person buying credits for commercial or professional purposes, such as wedding and event companies, venues, agencies and businesses.

3. Subject

The subject of this agreement is the electronic sale of credits for the Buyer’s Eventora account, with the features and price shown below, and the provision of Eventora services against those credits. The parties’ rights and obligations are set under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation. The general rules for using Eventora are in the Terms of Use; where they conflict with this agreement on buying credits, this agreement applies.

A top-up may be any whole number from 100 to 1,000,000 credits. The apps suggest 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 credits. The total price includes all taxes; there is no shipping, delivery or other extra cost. Fees arising from the Buyer’s agreement with their card issuer are outside this agreement.

5. Payment

5.1. Payment is made through the payment form of iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“iyzico”). Card details are entered only on iyzico’s form and never reach Eventora; Eventora does not store card details. Payment is taken with 3-D Secure authentication as a single payment.

5.2. A payment is complete when the result received from iyzico has been verified on Eventora’s server, that is, when the payment is confirmed as successful and the amount paid equals the order amount. A payment whose 3-D Secure authentication is unfinished, or which is under iyzico’s security review, stays pending until it is resolved.

5.3. If the payment fails, the Buyer is not charged and no credits are added.

6. Performance of the service

6.1. Credits are added to the balance of the account the Buyer chose right after the payment is confirmed under 5.2. Credits are added once per payment. Adding the credits completes the delivery of the credits bought.

6.2. The Buyer and the account’s team members use credits to pay for Eventora services. The unit prices on the date of this agreement are:

ServiceCredits
Creating an event2,500 per event
SMS to a +90 number15 per SMS part
SMS to a number abroad60 per SMS part
WhatsApp message10 per message
Voice call with artificial intelligence25 per guest reached

6.3. An SMS part is 160 characters; when a message is split, each part is 153 characters. If the text contains a character outside the GSM-7 character set (for example ş, ğ, ı, İ), a part is 70 characters, or 67 when split. The charge is based on the number of parts in the text each guest receives.

6.4. A voice call with artificial intelligence is charged once, when the guest answers (the call is completed or the guest asks to be called back), whatever the length of the call or the number of attempts. Calls that go unanswered and calls that reach voicemail are not charged.

6.5. When a campaign starts, it reserves credits equal to its estimated cost. When the campaign ends, the credits for the real usage are deducted and the rest of the reservation returns to the balance. Failed sends and unanswered calls are not charged.

6.6. If the real usage exceeds the reservation, the excess is deducted in full and the balance may go below zero. While the available balance is too low, no new spending or reservation is possible; it can continue once the account tops up again.

6.7. The current unit prices of the services are published on the pricing page. Each spend is charged at the unit price in effect when it takes place; before a campaign is started, the app shows its estimated cost. A change in unit prices does not change the value of credits already bought (1 credit = 1 TRY).

7. Using credits

7.1. Credits never expire.

7.2. Credits can only be used for Eventora services in the account they were added to. They cannot be moved to another account or exchanged for money, except by the refund in article 11.

7.3. The balance is visible to every member of the account. The list of credit movements is open to members with billing permission. Credits are spent oldest top-up first.

7.4. Credits that Eventora adds to the balance free of charge, because of a service failure or at its own discretion, are not paid for and are not exchanged for money.

8. Invoice

Every successful payment is invoiced for exactly the amount paid (VAT included), with an e-Arşiv invoice, or an e-Fatura if the Buyer is registered for e-Fatura. The invoice uses the details of the billing profile chosen at payment and is emailed to the profile’s email address. To correct invoice details, write to fatura@eventora.com.tr. When a refund is made, the document required by the Tax Procedure Law (VUK) and the Revenue Administration’s rules is issued for the amount refunded (11.5).

9. Buyer’s rights and obligations

9.1. The Buyer confirms that the details in the billing profile are accurate and up to date and is responsible for invoice errors caused by wrong details.

9.2. The Buyer uses Eventora in line with the Terms of Use and the law in force. The Buyer warrants having the legal basis needed to upload guests’ personal data to Eventora and to contact them by WhatsApp, SMS or voice call. The details are in the Data Processing Agreement.

9.3. The Buyer keeps the account’s access details safe; spending by the account’s members is deducted from the account’s balance.

9.4. Before starting a campaign, the Buyer checks the estimated cost and the list of recipients the app shows.

9.5. The Buyer may use the right of withdrawal under the terms of article 11 and may raise complaints through the routes in articles 19 and 20.

10. Seller’s rights and obligations

10.1. The Seller adds the credits to the account right after the payment is confirmed and provides the service in line with this agreement, the pre-information and the features on the pricing page.

10.2. The Seller keeps the balance and credit movements accurate; it never deletes a credit movement and corrects one, when needed, with a new entry.

10.3. The Seller issues an invoice for every successful payment and, when the right of withdrawal is used, refunds the price under 11.5.

10.4. The Seller keeps the text of this agreement and the pre-information form as accepted, sends a copy to the email address in the billing profile, and keeps the information and documents about the transaction for at least three years.

10.5. The Seller provides services such as WhatsApp, SMS and voice calls through third-party infrastructure providers. When these providers cause delays or outages, failed sends and unanswered calls are not charged (6.5).

11. Right of withdrawal

11.1 Period and scope

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from each top-up within 14 days from the day its payment was made, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The right of withdrawal can be used for the unspent part of that top-up.

11.2 Credits spent: exception to the right of withdrawal

By the consent in article 12, the Buyer asks for the credits to be added and the services to begin before the withdrawal period ends. Every credit spent pays for a service whose performance began, and which was performed, with the Buyer’s explicit prior consent. For this reason, the right of withdrawal ends for credits spent, under article 15(1)(h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, and their price is not refunded.

11.3 How to withdraw

It is enough for the notice of withdrawal to reach the Seller in writing or on a durable medium (for example email) before the 14-day period ends. The notice may be sent to any of these:

  • Email: destek@eventora.com.tr
  • KEP: ironlabsteknoloji@hs06.kep.tr
  • Post: GÖRELE MAH. USTA SK. NO: 28 İÇ KAPI NO: 1 BEYKOZ/İSTANBUL

The Buyer may use the model withdrawal form annexed to this agreement or make any other clear statement of the decision to withdraw. So that the request can be handled quickly, the notice should give the payment’s date and amount and, where possible, be sent from the Eventora account’s email address. For a notice from another address, the Seller may ask for more information to confirm that the request comes from the account holder; this check does not shorten the withdrawal period. The Seller confirms by email that it has received the notice.

11.4 Calculating the amount to refund

  • Credits are spent oldest top-up first. The unspent part of a top-up is the quantity of its credits not yet spent.
  • If the balance was below zero when the top-up was made, the part of the top-up that covered the shortfall counts as spent.
  • Credits reserved for a campaign under way count as spent or unspent according to the real usage when the campaign closes. The Buyer may cancel the campaign before asking for the refund; on cancellation the unused reservation returns to the balance automatically.
  • The refund is calculated on the credits of that top-up still unspent on the day the request is processed. The refunded credits are deducted from the balance.
  • 1 TRY (VAT included) is refunded for each unspent credit.

Example: a Buyer who adds 2,500 credits to an account with a zero balance and spends 300 credits in the following 10 days gets 2,200 TRY back on withdrawing on day 10.

11.5 Paying the money back

The Seller refunds the amount due within 14 days from the date the notice of withdrawal reaches it, to the card used for the payment, through iyzico, in a single payment and at no cost to the Buyer. Once the card issuer receives the amount, it adds it to the cardholder’s available limit in a single step; how long it takes to show on the card statement depends on the card issuer and may take a few days. For the amount refunded, a document complying with the Tax Procedure Law and the Revenue Administration’s rules is issued: a Buyer registered as a taxpayer issues a return invoice; otherwise the Seller cancels the invoice or issues the document the rules require.

11.6 After the 14-day period

After the 14-day period, the price of unspent credits is not refunded. Those credits stay in the account and never expire. The Seller never refunds automatically; refunds are made only on the Buyer’s request.

Before paying, the Buyer separately confirms this statement:

“I explicitly ask and agree that the credits be added to my account right after my payment is confirmed and that the services begin within the 14-day withdrawal period. I understand that my right of withdrawal ends for the credits I spend, and that within the withdrawal period I can only get back the price of the unspent part of the top-up.”

13. Deleting an event, cancelling a campaign and closing the account

13.1. Deleting an event does not refund the credits spent on it. Those charges stay in the account’s credit history together with the event’s name.

13.2. When a campaign is cancelled, or an event with a campaign under way is deleted, the unused reservation returns to the balance automatically; sends made and calls answered up to then are charged.

13.3. When the last member of an account deletes themselves, the account is closed. The unspent credits of a closed account can only be refunded within the 14-day period in article 11; once the account is closed, its credits can no longer be used. A Buyer thinking of closing the account should send the refund request before closing it. Invoices, payments and credit movements are kept for as long as tax and commercial law require.

14. Service failures on Eventora’s side

For services charged but not properly provided because of a failure in Eventora’s own systems, the Seller assesses the Buyer’s request to destek@eventora.com.tr case by case; for example, it may return the credits concerned to the balance. This article does not limit the Buyer’s statutory rights.

15. Chargebacks

Before disputing a payment, the Buyer may contact the Seller to resolve the issue. If the Buyer disputes a payment through their bank, the Seller may hold the unspent credits of that top-up in the balance until the dispute is resolved, and may send the bank and iyzico the records of the purchase and its use. If the bank refunds the Buyer, credits equal to the amount refunded are deducted from the balance; if those credits were already spent, the balance goes below zero.

16. Business buyers (tacir)

16.1. The consumer-specific provisions of Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (including the statutory right of withdrawal and the consumer arbitration committee and consumer court routes) do not apply to a Buyer buying credits for commercial or professional purposes. The other provisions of this agreement apply to business buyers too.

16.2. The Seller applies the 14-day refund of unspent credits in article 11 to business buyers too, on the same terms, as a contractual commitment.

16.3. For disputes with business buyers, the courts and enforcement offices where the Seller’s registered office is located have jurisdiction. The Seller’s electronic records are conclusive evidence under article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure, without prejudice to the right to bring counter-evidence.

17. Personal data

The Buyer’s personal data is processed under the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Privacy Policy. For guest data the Buyer uploads to Eventora, the Buyer is the data controller and the Seller is the data processor; this relationship is governed by the Data Processing Agreement.

18. Force majeure

While events beyond the parties’ control last, such as natural disasters, war, epidemics, widespread infrastructure or communication outages or decisions of public authorities, the parties’ obligations affected by them are suspended. Sends that do not happen and calls that go unanswered during this time are not charged. Force majeure does not remove the Buyer’s right of withdrawal or the refund deadline in 11.5.

19. Notices and complaints

Notices between the parties are made through the email address in the Buyer’s billing profile and the Seller’s contact details in 1.1. The Buyer may send questions, requests and complaints to destek@eventora.com.tr, by phone to +90 536 764 76 21, or by post to GÖRELE MAH. USTA SK. NO: 28 İÇ KAPI NO: 1 BEYKOZ/İSTANBUL. The Seller answers complaints as soon as possible.

20. Dispute resolution

20.1. This agreement is governed by Turkish law.

20.2. A consumer Buyer may apply, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, to the consumer arbitration committee (tüketici hakem heyeti) where they live or where the transaction was made. Applications can also be made online through e-Devlet, via the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS).

20.3. For disputes above those limits, the consumer court (tüketici mahkemesi) where the consumer lives or where the transaction was made has jurisdiction. Under article 73/A of Law No. 6502, applying to a mediator is a precondition for filing a case at the consumer court.

20.4. For business buyers, 16.3 applies.

21. Entry into force

This agreement is concluded and enters into force when the Buyer accepts the pre-information form and this agreement electronically at checkout and completes the payment. Each top-up is a separate sale and is governed by the version published at the time of acceptance. The agreement is offered in Turkish and English.
