Ready in three steps
Step 1: Bring your list
Upload your Excel file. The columns are matched for you to confirm, and no number is added twice.
Step 2: Invite
By WhatsApp and SMS, each guest in their own language. See who has read and who has replied as it happens.
Step 3: Collect replies, seat everyone
Automated calls follow up with anyone who hasn’t replied. Seat everyone coming on the venue’s plan.
Replies come in on their own
Guests answer with one tap on WhatsApp. The voice assistant calls the ones you couldn’t reach and records their answer. You just see the result.
One-tap replies
Guests don’t need to install anything.
Calls for the rest
The assistant says up front that it is an assistant calling on the planner’s behalf. Only answered calls are charged.
Who’s coming, with how many
Each guest’s party and companions on one line.
On the venue’s real plan, table by table
Upload the venue’s PDF plan; its tables and chairs are read for you to check and confirm. Drag guests to their tables or pick one from the list.
Tables read from the plan
When the written capacity and the counted chairs disagree, the table is marked “Check”.
Capacity always right
A guest takes a seat for everyone in their party; no table ever takes more than it seats.
From weddings to launches, the same calm

Frequently asked questions
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days of a payment, we refund the unspent part of that top-up to your card. The details are in Cancellation and Refunds.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests reply to the message they get on WhatsApp or by SMS; calls are ordinary phone calls.
How do the automated calls work?
The voice assistant says up front that it is an assistant calling on the planner’s behalf, asks whether the guest is coming, and records the answer. It only calls at suitable hours, and only answered calls are charged.
Where is the data kept?
On Google Cloud’s servers in Belgium. Guest data is processed only for your event; the details are in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
Do I pay for messages that don’t arrive?
No. Messages that can’t be delivered and calls nobody answers are not charged.
What is an SMS part?
An SMS is 160 characters, or 70 when it contains a Turkish character such as ş, ğ or ı. Longer messages go out in several parts, and each part is charged.
